The Ballestas Islands are a group of islands near the city of Pisco, in Peru. They are composed of rock formations where there is an important marine fauna, with guaneras birds such as guanay, boobies and tendril mainly.

We board our boat with 2 outboard motors that will lead us to the wonderful Ballestas Island, the most important Sylvester wildlife sanctuary of the Peruvian Coast. Our trip will take you to the enigmatic figure of the Chandelier, which is recorded on the foothills of the Peninsula of Paracas and it is clearly visible from the sea. In Ballestas Island, you will appreciate the large variety of sea creatures, as the large colonies of sea lions on the beaches and also in the stones. Also, you will have the possibility of see a group of Humbolt penguins on small caves. At the top of the island you can see a hundreds of guano birds, such cormorants, boobies, pelicans, seagulls, and tendrils.
