Pick-up from your hotel, will make our way from Arequipa to Chivay. We Will also make stop in Chivay - which is the provincial capital of the valley -after breakfast. We’ll continue on by mini-bus in direction of The Cruz del Condor.
The first stop----> Will be at The Cruz del Condor, where you can see the condors in flight and appreciate the magnitude of the canyon. This is the best viewpoint to see the Canyon in all its splendor. We’ll stay here for about 1 hour. Then we will carry on with the return trip from Cruz del Condor to Chivay, while making different stops along the way. The first stop will be in Antahuilque. This place is a viewpoint, where you can see the panorama of the valley villages, pre-Inca terraces and the whole countryside of the valley.
The second stop----> Will be in the town of Maca, here you can take photographs with Domestic and traditional animals, and you will also be able to buy interesting and nice souvenirs.
The third stop--------> Will be in the town of Yanque, we will arrive here at about 12:00 pm. Here we can enjoy the relaxing medicinal 38°C Hot springs, and we will stay here for about 1 hour. Afterwards, you’ll have the option to eat a buffet lunch in Chivay. This is optional and you do not have to eat at this restaurant.
14:30 p.m.
Return to the city of Arequipa. On the way, we will make two stops, one in Patapampa, where we will appreciate the views of snow-covered mountains and volcanoes. We will also make another stop at the National Reservation of Salinas y Aguada Blanca to see traditional animals like llamas, vicuñas and alpacas.
17:30 p.m.
We will arrive back to Arequipa, and drop you off at your hotel or hostel door.
